That s the old customs office that ringing is the alarm system . it rings when we smoke outside in front of it it dos that every 20 minutes to make sure the alarms are connected and running u did not open a main door so it would not have went off since the motion sensors wore deactivated cause of the pigeons wee use to complain the alarm was going off so they shut them off.. they need to have it on for the fire sensors and to keep people out . but since u went throw a side window it did not wor
