  • suggestion: stop saying uhm

  • The multi directional lunges do work im a fitness instructor at my local gym and teach 5 classes a week and yeah they do work, if they didnt then y would he do and any other fitnesss instructor do them

  • The multi directional lunge you demonstrate is totally incorrect. You're just doing a normal lunge but facing a different way! You're therefore not actually putting any of the muscles under any different stresses. Keep trying though, good luck.
