Oromo is a region (like a state) in Ethiopia. You know how there is Amhara, Tigray, etc. There is many regions/states in Ethiopia and Oromo is one of them. Some Oromo's don't consider or call themselves "Ethiopian"; insted they call themselves Oromo.
