This is a fun concept, but it's very difficult to unscramble what the "bird" is saying.
If I may make a suggestion: When recording voice that is to be "sped up" or "pitched upwards" it's important to read or speak more slowly than normal, and to consciously over pronounce each word. That way, when you put the effect on, the characters speech can be easily understood. Very entertaining concept, and looking forward to more.
