@AlanTTT3 ACT = part of a play..so what happens if you don't want to play any more? Acts are victimless crimes, designed to generate revenue. A police MAN (not officer) upholds common law, not acts/statutes.

You had a bag of weed which is illegal and your smoking it in a public area which by the looks of it is a park, whether he was blind or not, you are breaking the law so the officer is going to search you for more drugs. You don't really have a leg to stand on.

Dumb teenagers get drunk on one beer and think they are experts on the law. According to the Misuse Of Drugs Act 1971 "a police constable may search or detain to be searched" any person suspected of possessing a controlled substance. They don’t need consent. There would never be any drug busts if drug dealers could avoid a search by denying consent.

@AlanTTT3 All acts are Statue laws and not common laws. Statue laws are fake laws so they can try and impose an act on you but you don't have to comply to it as you are a citizen. If you haven't caused any harm to a person you haven't broken any laws so this was clearly harassment by the police.
