@XrKhaos You have to root your phone to be able to remove those apps. The reason why is because they are loaded onto the root directory of the phone itself (not where other apps are stored) which is locked. The only way to gain access to those files is to root your phone (technically called gaining root access, rooting for short) and add ".bak" to them or delete them altogether.

If you're looking for customization, rooting is the way to go! Besides, developers make it easy for 90% of phones!

This did not work. Your, "This will only happen 1 time" screen, comes up every time. I even went though the process of rooting my phone and it still didn't work! I want my two hours back!

Doesn't work for virgin mobile samsung intercepts
