1985 London Punk Entrepreneurs

1985 London and a gang of punks work the streets charging tourists for photos, then blow it on glue and booze in their communal home. This is a re-coloured re-post of the one already on YouTube called 1983 Islington Punks. It was shot originally on Kodak 7240 and 7250 reversal film stock, hence the black "speckles". It was shot in 1985 in one afternoon.

I trawled Google Earth and Street View for a few hours and located the squat house in Mitchison Rd. The house is still standing. If you search 'Mitchison Rd punks' there are some articles on the web with a bit more information. I want to know what happened to Alex and all the others! I remember seeing a punk girl begging on the Piccadilly Circus station stairs in 1990, sometimes I think about her.

@SebbeSucksBawlz If you are talking about Anne-Marie, I last saw her in 1987 (2uears after this) so she did not kill herself. She was a lovely girl so I hope she is alive and well and has enjoyed a fruitful life. This I hope for all of the guys and gals. Cheers.
