Please tell me as a guide service that you handle your Rainbows better than that.
It looks like a couple times you grab them by the gills then let them go.
A net and simple pliers and you could have far less impact on those fish.

This is not with a guide service just a bunch of friends and you are correct, they could have been handled much better than they were in some cases. This issue has been addressed with all of the anglers in the video.
