This is the new redrive assembly soon availible for GX200 engines or eggmotor based projects. This will fit on most industrial engines with the standard 2.56" mount on engine. Design includes lots of new innovations that will make this universal for most applications as well as those in need of a low maintenace alternative to their current two stroke. All bearing are sealed and most parts will be locally availible. Bolt patterns for all prop sizes. Withstands 600lbs of thrust when tested on SolidWorks3D. Final assembly and engine mounting will be finished soon with testing/result to follow! This setup will be 16-18hp at 6500rpms through a 2:1 ratio spinning a 3 blade 48" adjustable IVO prop and should produce more than adequate thrust for most (testing soon). I will be offering the redrive assembly, motor, and/or complete paramotor in the near future. Fly quieter, farther, with less vibration and cost per hour. • Honestly, your redrive is too massive ... You definitely should try reinforcing the structure only where it is required and remove some material where it is not needed

  • Yes I would agree, this is/was my prototype. Current redrive is about 50% lighter.

  • Do you have any redrive kits ready yet?

  • @schnitzer325

No kits yet, I am still in testing phase.

  • Very good job,

    Sultan.

  • Thanks, check back here in a month or so, I will post the test flights.

  • Awesome...I'm an eggmotor builder also from Indonesia...

May i know the diameter of the pulleys and the belt type?

I plan to use the 15 ribs 508mm PJ from Optibelt (Germany), like the RedHead engine...

    What's your opinion?

    thanks

  • I will absolutely buy from you if you have the right ratio redrive that I need

  • Great effort, great job. Let me know if your planning a serial prod and sales ....

  • Still finishing R&D, guessing between 600-700usd without engine. Once it get the correct ratio and power setup, more will be machined. Hope to be completed and testing after the new year!
