It's called 'Ca' The Yowes To The Knowes' and this version is generally attributed to Scottish poet Robert Burns. I will admit I cried when she played this last night (saw her in Malibu), as my mother used to sing this to me when I was a child. This must be recorded in some fashion, it is amazingly beautiful.
