@jmoney783 well it has to do with footwork really... they should play some soccer... seriously.. that's probly how steve nash has the best footwork in the nba by far... could have been a pro soccer player..
@glocsta707 why not basketball the first exercises are ment for quickness and agility u need that in defense and in offense the last one was for jumping which u also need plus balance workouts are good for every single jumper out there to prevent injuries and gain the last couple o' inches they might need ;) but u r right u could use this for football and even for volleyball
Amazing drills! Lateral quickness is often overlooked, working on the first step speed with these exercises will improve your defensive quickness as well as cutting ability. I've done similar workouts training with TrueFitness. Check them out on youtube: TrueFitnessSD

for the jumping part, this kids have to learn about balance. They could be jumping 5 inches higher each with proper balance.
