@Thraxinator hey look i'm with you, its stupid you should even have to post a notice. i find humor in it. I've got similar explanations in 2 videos i posted from independent film makers, however they found them and were cool with it. but i've also had 2 or 3 vids stripped of audio after being up for years. dont take it personally, it wasnt directed at you.
