Forehand rallying with a bag just in front of the T. The idea is to rally on one side hitting the ball to length whilst making sure that you touch the bag with your racket inbetween every shot. Balls should bounce in or behind the service box. This exercise incourages tight drives and forces each player to get back to the T.
