If your making the assumption that pasteurization constitutes as a valid difference between juice and cider please know the differences, first.

I squashed about 5000 apples this year to make cider and my wife thought i was going a bit too far. You guys do 90000lbs a day!!! Good grief charlie brown. If i am ever near your mill i will come and taste your product. Bye for now
