Grinding Teeth

My Mum had a video camera next to the bed at the time it happened, 'cause we were at a hotel. I asked her to record it because she couldn't quite describe the sound... It kinda freaks me out actually. XD

I have this problem too! I want it too stop but if I wear a mouth guard i might choke on it. its so scary after i heard this i told my mom to hear it and she said this is how i sound like..Please I hope there's another way to stop this

@MadamLambert i have a whole in my tooth thanks to grinding it is extremely pain full when you first get it

I wish someone recording mine. My bf says it sounds like my dead are shreading. :( I wear a nightguard now.

omg i have the same problem but i dunno whut it sounded like.......@A@;;; my friend told me it sounded like someone was digging or a construction site was near by
