Showing how to field strip (take apart) a Glock 21 pistol and how to put it back together.
Make completely sure your firearm is unloaded before you start messing with it! Visually and manually inspect the chamber to ensure no rounds are in the pistol.

  • when you use a tooth brush to clean the frame do you use a soft or rough brush tip...

  • @mrdirtbike24

I use firm brush tips, they seem to stand up a longer and work better than softer ones.

  • see the reason your slide and other parts on the gun are getting that fading away is because your not using enough oil. you dont want to over load it with lubercation but you need to give it enough for every little part rubbing metal on metal is not good you need some kind of lubercation on the recoil spring muzzel and slide rails

  • @starfry25 Actually the reason it is faded is a combination of holster wear for the outer slide and mass amounts of shooting on the internal parts. I make sure the gun is properly lubricated per factory specs.

  • personally I would never use water on any mechanical device.I perfer alcohol it evaporates.

  • There is nothing wrong with using water on a firearm. Water evaporates also. Just put a light coating of oil on any suspect parts afterwords.

  • That's all it takes? I know what im getting.

  • Thanks, My father has been keeping my Glock 21 for me while I am stationed overseas. It was kind of complicated to him when I tried to explain to him how to break it down over the phone. This video is idiot proof.

  • Nice video very clear instructions

  • Thanks, man. I have a PPK 380 myself, but my father recently purchased a Glock 21 for home defense and I needed to know how to disassemble it properly.

  • THAT IS MY FAVORITE PISTOL!!!

  • Good video...thanks for sharing

  • you really dont need to oil glocks, its good you do though. i clean the shit out my dads even if we only shot 20rds never oil it though just rem oil, i just love cleaning guns always have. good video i love how you keep it loaded. keep your powder dry.

  • @starfry25 I found that 5-10 weight Mobil 1 work's better than any of the gun lub's that are out there.Just 1 drop where the Glock manual show's will do it.

  • @KaseyKeesaman Thank's your video is the best & the easiest that I have seen for field stripping down my glock 21 Pistol many thank's again.
