in the Iraq War from '04-'05. He continues to suffer
from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

He hopes this video will raise awareness about the
struggle Combat Veterans have to overcome once they return
home.

While overseas, Marshall earned the Purple Heart for wounds
received in battle and the ARCOM with Valor for
"...intrepid actions while under heavy RPG and small-arms fire...

i too served on 04-05 in Sadir City then went back again for 15 months in 06-08....Army and Combat MOS this video disrespects all those who did not chose for their lives to end and never had a chance to make it home to their loved ones......the taking of your own life is act of a coward....PTSD is a mother F i know have it, The VA has the resources out there all u have to do is choose to find it your self......there is never a reason for suicide...easy way out

But I dont want to kill an innocent person who just so happens to be in the wrong place at the wrong time, I want to kill the people that need it, the opressors, the tyrants, the evil motherfuckers that deserve it. Innocent people are always going to take place on the battlefield as casualties of war. Get over yourself, and dont bad mouth a man for doing his fucking job. No true soldier wants to kill an innocent person, but you have to understand what they go through day to day in combat, its hard to distinguish the enemy from civilians when they all look the same, and carry weapons
