In this introduction presentation I explain about the general principles of nutrition.

Don't underestimate nutrition ! In life generally, and in workouts specifically.
Nutrition is critical for storing energy for an upcoming workout, and building the muscles afterwards !

Nutrition as preemptive medicine ! very importante !
Healthy nutrition will strengthen you in such ways that you could be the smart wo/man that doesn't get into the trouble that the other man knows !sometimes! how to get rescued from.
:)

Next element : physical exercise !

    I guess there was some technical problem publishing it.. as you can see, it's 8 minutes, although the actual clip is about 6... It's some sort of bug, and I didn't want to republish it and to mess the order.. but you can help by forwarding it to your buddies :)
