  • Seems easy, I need to work out I was 115lbs now I'm 140lbs.

  • this is just the tabata intervals 20sec work and 10 sec rest

  • haft2bfit - you have to realize that it is possible depending on your body type

  • Guys, you're only doing 160 seconds of work (2 minutes 40 seconds) since there's 80 seconds of rest. There's no WAY you can burn 120 calories in 2 minutes 40 seconds...not even close. I think it's really important that we're transparent and honest with the consumer.

  • Love the concept but you need to up the intensity to achieve the results that are promised
