girl, the quality of their products has hit the pits! the eyeshadow primer is so hard! It doesn't apply well, you have to tug at your eyes to get it on and even then it creases sometimes. The foundation slips and slides like a waterpark plus i gets ashy on the nose and the shadows require you to scrape the top off every time you use it in order to get the colour.

How much is the neutral palette now?

yes dey customer service SUCKS....and Kamla's (the owner) customer service SUCKS as well...he is always rude to people through e-mails and on his Sacha Facebk Fan Page...I just don't support that brand anymore!

I had an issue with the service. I came home for vacation and went to Pennywise and the chick behind the corner was super rude! I ended up cussing her cunt and nearly snatched her up behind the counter! I ended up going to the arcade in Tunapuna and was treated really well by a girl named Tricia.. I spent so much money but the make up is worth it! I like it!

Great vid....thanks for keeping us informed and up to date:) I have that eyeshadow palette...it the best...I also have the the High voltage orange....but in the old packaging...it was circular single...and it is kind of close to red...not red...I use it as a blush :P....but the one u showed looks more orange...and to add to chorus...THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS BIG TIME!

one more thing about sasha. I went to have a trial done for my wedding at the image centre Gulf City. I came out of there looking like a harlot! Bridal makeup that looked like a street walker. So obviously I took my business elsewhere. Some sasha reps are helpful and some are snotty ! You fill in the blank.
