  • Part two-I think this cla.y is robbing my sluice. What's your opinion? Just for your info the tertiary gravel is well ceminted but breaks up well in the box. It consists of quartz sand, blue quartz cobbles, some metamorphic cobbles, a few andisite cobbles, and a very few granitic cobbles. Gold is no bigger than 8 mesh generaly. Thanks for any imput you have I'm impressed with your knowledge of mining.

  • I've been enjoying your vids for years! I have a question, what is the slope of your sluice? My A52 is a single four foot and I'm loosing gold out the end, fine gold, not dust. My water flow is a little less then your's. I'm thinking I need to increse the sluice length because the ore body is a true tertiary channel of which I'm excavating the bottom 5 feet. I'm also taking the top 1 foot of the anchient bedrock which is a very decomposed meta-sediment. This bedrock is now a very heavy clay.

  • what's your water flow rate?

  • Cool machine.

  • I guess the keene a52 is good heh.

  • Great video, it looks like you have 2 keene 52 sluices piggy backed onto your own hopper ? I liked the video but I missed the part when you show us the findings of the day, but I guess that should be a secret ;)
