Melodica Blues

This is the ideal blues jam keyboard. You can travel light and still sound a bit like a blues harp. 1960's vintage Hohner soprano melodica with a condenser mic inside the top cover. Extra foam cushioning added under the keys to keep the noise down and aid note bending by half keying. Add a bit of chorus and reverb on the amp and drive all the inputs as hot as you can for a bit of distortion.

Thanks dohead, if you do get one try and get an old one that still plays well. The newer ones have been improved over the years and sound sweeter and play more in tune but that makes them sound less like a harmonica and more like an organ or accordian, and its also harder to overblow them to get help with note bends - technical progress isn't always what's wanted. Got my Hohner on ebay for £26.
