I believe that a mistake has been made and the user Inmendham got unfairly terminated.


The same user has been suspended before on March-28-2009 due to false flagging. His account got re-instated and his strikes removed soon after that. Please look into the situation and revise your decision of terminating his account, as I have strong reasons to believe that he did not violate YouTubes guidelines and his suspension is an unfortunate error that needs to be repaired.
