the cards are designed for people who cannot or do not want to tie themselves to a bank or banking account. he provides a service. ... with terms as so all other institutions. .. it's up to you to research and decide whether this product is right for you.

I guess kimora needs some bigger diamond earrings. Lots of fees and yes banks do charge fees, but not as much as prepaid cards. Prepaid cards require a social security number, just like a bank account - if you're an immigrant without an ssn, you're sol no matter what.
