I have the same thing but with a 3.5mm headphone jack which I plug into my phone or ipod.
I never knew it was an FM transmitter I thought the power plug in my car was connected to the antenna or something :P

but how can we extend its range for example adding extra antena or changing somthing like resister any idea?

put a 1 step higher fuse in and it wont burn again (EX:) if its a 15 watt fuse put a 20.. it should be fine.
