How did u play the first chord of the song? i usually do a cadd9 but that looked different.

But this is the only guitar chord.
In fact, Paul played "D" on the bass.
George Martin played "G C F" on the piano.
That's why used sound are "C D F G A".
If you want near sound on the guitar, play with "G7add9sus4"
