2010 NPC Seven Feathers Classic Bodybuilding Chamiponships - 18 weeks out

My name is Casey Smith, I am a natural bodybuilder and I will be competing in the 2010 NPC Seven Feathers Classic Bodybuilding Championships on October 9, 2010.

I will be competing in the novice middle weight class which is between 154.25lbs and 176.25lbs.

Featured in this video is a friend and fellow competing natural bodybuilder, Aaron Orton.
