I am a kid these days and I love their music.

Their sound is so complex and they are still using violins.

Nowadays no one would use these (real) instruments anymore, it's just beats and computers..

My mom has this 45 in her collection and I can't get enough of it! The first time I heard this song was when my mom found a copy of the Out Of The Blue album at a yard sale. I was like 11 or 12 and I just fell in love with this song, and I'm 29 now and still love it!

What's a "fake" instrument? Type of instrument doesn't dictate quality, mechanics never have and never will. I agree though there is a lot of crap out right now, especially in the mainstream world. Mainstream Hip Hop is a rotting corpse of its former self. However, there's a lot of good music out there if you're willing to look, created electronically with the aid of computers etc...

I had this 45 and I played it till it turned gray in the grooves. I still love it to death and I'm 48.

From the days of big hair and equally big talent, particularly in the case of ELO. Great music that stands the test of time.

Jeff Lynne without glasses! Seems to be the case in some of these promos.

First album I ever bought, 33 1/3 vinyl! Had to have my mom drive me to the record store. I remember finally scraping together the money for a turntable. That was a dream for so long; made my own amplifier and speakers. Man, I miss the 70's.

Foxygen, Mumford and Sons, The Lumineers, The White Stripes, The Black Keys, Kadavar, and so many other bands use real instruments.

Music from days of old is good, but that doesn't mean you should miss out on your own generation.
