a continuing COMMUNITY - Tony and Luis

The story of the Millions family is one of multi-generational success. Luis Millions came to the United States from Peru in the early 1980s. In order to further his education in America and enter a new career path, Luis enrolled in ESL classes at Tacoma Community House, remembering it as a different house (add old address detail) with the same foundational opportunities. Thirty years later, Luis is working for the State Department of Transportation and an active force in the Tacoma Peruvian community. Tony, Luis's son returns his father's roots at Tacoma Community House and volunteers his time in the TCH classroom which will serve as his own career springboard, thereby perpetuating a seed of opportunity planted thirty years ago.
