practice doing some jump stops, as if you were about to dunk, but just pause at the bottom.. that should help a little with the planting foot.

Try practicing going to the left side too. It should help balance out your stance off the jump.

running too fast. two foot jumpers have a much slower approach than one foot jumpers. two foot jumpers dont use as much running momentum

your upper body is angled before you even leave the ground, slow down the approach and keep your shoulders squared to the rim until you get used to it
