as you can see, my form off 2 feet is terrible. i sorta spin my left foot a little on the ground and it really slows me down. does anybody have any tips to correct my form besides just practice? my vertical off 2 feet is about 4 inches lower than my vertical off 1 foot

  • your upper body is angled before you even leave the ground, slow down the approach and keep your shoulders squared to the rim until you get used to it

  • practice doing some jump stops, as if you were about to dunk, but just pause at the bottom.. that should help a little with the planting foot.

  • Try practicing going to the left side too. It should help balance out your stance off the jump.

  • @vcfour3 ye joshsher is right. thats all u got to do.

  • more control in approaching speed and foot plant

  • running too fast. two foot jumpers have a much slower approach than one foot jumpers. two foot jumpers dont use as much running momentum
