hello??? the treo came out long before the iphone and was using touch way before apple. Plus, the maker of the pre and iphone are the same guy...

What touch thing? Apple didn't patent multitouch... It only patented it's capacitive touchscreen, which registers your touch by heat instead of the electricity in your fingers.

Why is Pre stuck on always showing it's contact and Calender you can find a Russian made phone that offer those things. Palm should thank Apple openly for giving them the permision to use their touch thing.
