  • I have read the actual bill. Have you? I"m just curious for real. Um...but what this bill says...or is SUPPOSED to MEAN is that this cannot be applied to American citizens NOR legal aliens of the USA. If this bill is taken as it is written...we have nothing to worry about. MY concern...is the wording. I don't think there's anything to worry about right now...but if we all pay attention to the past...bills can change very quickly.

  • @kendract88 That makes me feel better...(even though I'm on the other side of the world lol) I haven't gotten a chance to sit down and read it actually. I keep hearing that it says it doesn't apply to American's but at the end it says it can etc... I'll take a good look at it when I get some free time. Thank you for the info though! :-)

  • @knowntothose Obama signed it on dec 31st of 2011..

  • @kendract88 also please search and watch "Mourning Lost Freedom in America" they knew it could be used on Americans because right after Rand Paul tried to pass another bill that would protect the American Citizens against this bill.. That bill was voted down and did not pass.. So they knew it gave the government the power to detain American citizens without charges.. We are in deep trouble if this is allowed to stay on the books without we the people speaking up about it

  • @kendract88 Not true.. the wording is that its not mandatory they do it on American citizens but it does not exclude them from doing it on American Citizens. the first one the was passed had a section that restricted it from being used on American citizens.. the administration sent it back so that part would be removed. please search "Open Your Eyes: Obama Signs NDAA Martial Law! (Civil Liberties Are Being Taken)" here on youtube..

  • @R77592 yes i did but you obviously read what i wrote incorrectly and i will not be arguing with you on this. have a nice day.

  • @kendract88

You are dead wrong, it can apply to US citizens(Obama made sure of that), did you carefully read the end of 1032, it makes the detention of suspected US citizens optional while it makes the detention of suspected nonlegals mandatory. Arbitrary authority is given to the president, a detained person is assumed guilty until proven innocent.

  • Kllpppllll. Nbbbbbbb

  • nope you are wrong it's going to be that bad

boots on the ground now in new orleans per cnn

  • Personally I think that the creation of this act is in response to the death of Anwar al-Awlaki (one of the people responsible for 9-11). Anwar al-Awlaki was technically an American citizen, but was assassinated by the American government without a trial due to his affiliation with al Qaeda. This act was created for there to be a set protocol in case of another Anwar al-Awlaki. Although I do not agree with the creation of the act, I do understand why it was created.

  • @kendract88 Im pretty sure that the law is rather specific about not selling guns to Drug Cartels as well. Its absolutely illegal. Oh wait, the ATF and DOJ did it anyway. This is the point, what the law says and what they do are two very different things.

  • Elderly theistic biased lawyers running a nation. What less can you expect?
