NEWEST Super Street Fighter IV Exclusive Trailer in HD (New Selectable Ultras, Costumes, Cut Scenes)

New Super Street Fighter 4 Trailer that shows new selectable ultras, new alternate costumes, new rival cutscenes, and overall gameplay.

Ken has an ultra that looks like his SA3 from 3rd Strike, though a little different. If it can be combo'd, it will be the only ultra people will use and make ken a legit contender in terms of tiers.
Dhalsim's ultra looks stupid, and will never be used if it makes it into the final game.
Fei Long's ultra ends with a one inch punch which is dope, and ANYTHING is better than fei's ultra in SF4.
Zangief's ultra takes way too much in game time, and doesn't look all that great, a grab is a grab and I don't know how they will differentiate between his 2 ultras.
El Fuerte's ultra looks alright, though it is a grab again so unless there is a damage difference or frame difference it doesn't really change anything.
Ryu's metsu shoryu looks good, though if it cannot be combo'd (a la Gouken's Shin Shoryu) I doubt it will be used over his metsu hado.

Other confirmed ultras not in the video:
C. Viper: Burning Dance - Activates in the air, kicks the opponent into the air and finishes with an electric cross chop.
Cammy: Cammy Quick Combination - It's a counter move, when opponent attacks, you'll counter with a submission hold combo
Also, Sagat has his Tiger Cannon Ultra and Chun-Li has her Kikosho (Super Fireball)
