That's a pretty ugly power clean

@natemadeindade The two major areas that used are the back and legs. The minor areas is everything else. I do these during my back workout days but you could do these on legs days as well.

The question should be : what DOESN'T it work? The olympic lifts require full body power.. There is no isolating with these movements.
