Yes! it does have a positive brake, but didn't you see the part when I used my finger to turn the ignition cylinder? with that twist of the finger I turn on the ignition.

Put your self in the real situation with the key in it so it can scan the key chip it wont start

The point is, their are steps that have to be taken to secure the vehicle when a R/S is installed!!!!!
