It's too bad that because of the youtube 30 frames per second limit, you can't see the crazy seizure inducing white flashes in this video. That's the best part =D

I'm playing this lvl for the first time on my M.1 genesis cause I have no idea how to defeat the second boss atm lol
btw, I though heather was powering up the machine, didn't know till just now that she was actually helping me lol

@EricB042389 Its on Sega Ultimate Collection for 360 and PS3.
It isnt remastered, but theres an option to smooth the graphics.

@sun626 Actually, you are right, Twin Freaks was the hardest boss in the game! I hated that freakin' S-Bend! Always got me when I was little!
