Hello there, have you considered "Belly Fat Quencher" (just search on Google for it ...)? On their website you can watch a beneficial free video. This helped Nicole to reduce her abdominal fat. It might work for you also...

I actually work out when I have a cold as it helps me get over it faster (no empirical evidence to back this up, just personal experience), but wouldn't work out if I had an infection or influenza.

I have been trying to work around my Pinched Sciatic Nerve injury since Jan. 2012. My hips are still hurting; something is still going on. I just try to do some walking. I love your Daily Dose videos!

I said "her permission" mainly b/c she is known as the toughest, most effective trainer and I'm using her workout DVD.... So it was said light heart-idly (not passively).... plus I tend too always push myself .. it's just the way I am ... I had heard mixed things about working out w/ an illness (some people say it helps to drain the lymph-nodes etc.) So I chose to go w/ Jillians info b/c I use her work outs and respect her advice.
