WAIT A MINUTE! Someone says YES WE DO! in the background when she asks if help is needed and she doesn't send anyone out? I'm sorry but that women should not be working that job anymore.
You can clearly hear him say yes we do. Clearly. Why would she take the easy route?

Are you fkn kidding me? Or has people stupidity reached a new low?
That dispatcher is a fkn idiot.
She followed proper procedures my ass! When a 911 call is made especially if it ends up being a disconnected call, the Police HAVE TO be dispatched to the location to check on the resident.
At least that's how it works in Canada, I dunno what the fuck sort of procedures America has.

1st of all I'm not catholic he's not 1 of my priests. Most importantly tho he is a person. A person U know nothing about & R attacking him without a defense. You are also attacking My God, someone else U apparently know NOTHING about. Just BC U came from a lifestyle of unforgivable people doesn't mean you have to live it urself. If you take the time out to quit feeling sorry 4 urself, look God up. He's REAL, unlike the fantasyland ur livin in. So is satan. Seek God & he will reveal Himself 2 U

The Police should have been automatically alerted. It might have saved the man's life for Christ sake!

FINAL MOMENTS CAPTURED ON TAPE !!!!! SOMEBODY CALL THAT BUZZARD NANCY GRACE........ they should NEVER EVER release these tapes until AFTER the TRIAL.

It was Jose Feliciano
If this is "following protocol", the protocol stinks. It's absolutely absurd.
Further, I question that explanation. A second person disagreeing in the back ground could be clearly heard in the second call. Nor did the first call sound like a joke either.
It would not at all surprise me that officials would rather white wash the incompetence of the dispatcher to avoid any liability.

that dispatched should get fired....right when she picked up it didn't seem like she wanted to take the call....stupid...it's not the cops' fault they were never dispatched...
