Resident Evil 4 Speedrun New Game 5-1 (1:50:53)

This is deffinately one of my favourites by far. Nothing goes wrong. The island glitch was fast, I was able to run past the RL guy without a problem, I got past the waste room without taking a hit and the end was so lucky. I dont know how the archers missed me but it was nice. I used the door trick to go invincible for a sec. Just in case you were wondering why his mace went through me:) I also used the garage door glitch in the run. This was discovered by Atwyatt. The guy is amazing at finding these things. Well enjoy.

I love how he thinks the striker glitch helps out...it doesn't, it accelerates the game clock. At least on the Gamecube/remake versions.

@countrystud1986 I love how you know nothing about the game, your run (walkthrough thing) is awful and you still decide to insult me even though I spent almost 4 years trying to perfect the entire game :)

Have you noticed that the game/surroundings stay the same speed but only "LEON" speeds up during the glitch? Well that's exactly WHAT happens. The timer stays the same speed as normal and the ditman glitch saves time.

Maybe test your theory before diving in with ignorance next time :)

About 40 or 50 I think. The island glitch was annoying me. Same with the next room. That RL guy usually blasts me. The guy at the end HAS to point or it wont work :)

Derek did a nonglitch speed run that was almost 10 minutes faster. Tim's time is not a good one.

Nice speedrun ...but i think the KING of speedruns of this game is TBright5 cause he's no cheating you know what i mean....and i wouldn't right this comment if you didn't right in every of your videos start NO CHEATING ........cause you do take a look your ch-5-1 and TBright's and not only here but in many parts of your walkthrough. If you want to replay back you're wellcome to do it i've just wanted to express my opinionwit no offence instead of it with much respect..thx

@DerekT21288 um...wow, someone freaked out. You're right, everything including the surroundings and such stay the same, and it is certainly useful for dodging, etc., but the game clock speeds up; I made a test run with the village chapter 1-1, first using the 'ditman glitch' (my apologies, I didn't know the name), and my time was 6 seconds SLOWER than my second attempt just running through. Even accounting for errors in both runs, that shouldnt happen if the clock wasn't affected :). Thanks!
