MM2 Road Rage

Road rage in Midtown Madness 2. A lot of bad driving and wrecks. Too bad MM2 doesn't have realistic damage for the traffic cars.

what the mod used for the traffic?

I forget the exact name of it. Although it does change the speed of traffic cars, it's main feature is to change the tuning of the cop cars. You should be able to find it at mmarchive or mm2x.
