That was a really cool solo. It didn't need any melodic support or anything of the sort. It complimented itself really well.

Great groove man! What mics are you using? Looks like you have one above the set, but it's hard to tell with the lighting. Cant see if the snare is mic'ed separately. In any case, the sound quality is really good, and your chops are awesome.

Thanks Alot! I'm using 2 MXL 603 pencil mics as overheads and an old ev kick mic on the outside of the kick. No mic on the snare. Thanks for your comments. Take care,

Thank you! the snare is a Tama Starclassic 13x6 with yamaha wood hoops.found it in a used drumshop . Great drum. Thanks again Max

Thanks! I'm using a Sabian 20" Manhattan Ride and an old 20" Meinl Dragon. It sounds very trashy but great character. Thanks again!
