@93rdcurrent HAARP is an official univ of Alaska project and they host their web page where you can see the induction magnetometer readings during the Haîti quake,,, have a look at the energy and the modulated 2 hz with 0.25 Hz harmonics having some 1000 more energy during the 36 hours preceding the earthquake on the 10-11-12 jan then in the weeks before or after. WHY do they show this ? Despotism ?

HAARP is a subject I have only recently begun to study. It certainly would make more sense to me that with the 1 billion K/W capability it would be the most likely candidate. I don't think a solar flare would make as much sense.
