@inagod it's even lighter if you dont put the interior in it, i plan to just get a sheet aluminum to mount the gauges in and get seats and belts from sparco, it'll save about 400 - 500 lbs

Factory Five Kit cars are in a class by themself,designed on Solid works,everything fits,the braking and handling are world class,the acceration [2200 lbs]is mind blowing.Its not a production car,no leather,airbags etc,but its a lot of car for the price,a fraction of what a supercar would cost,without giving up much.Its not for everyone,but for those few,its a wild ride.

The reason it is back firing is bc its a late model corvette engine, and these engines do not use an exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system, so what they do is the computer sends a spark on the exhaust stroke of the engine to burn as many unspent hydrocarbons as possible, so when you let off the throttle the engine is still spinning quite fast so there is more unspent fuel that now needs to be burnt.. so you get you get back firing.

I wouldn't let anybody drive a 45000 dollar car,talk to other builders,go online,the facts are all there.

I'm getting a GTM this winter and I want to have a FFR car meet in Kansas City KS at my restaurant and nightclub Wild Bill's next summer. Excellent cars, the best quality if the builder takes his time and does it right and doesn't half ass the assembly. I can't hardly wait to get mine!

Haha, actually, the quality is very good. There is no racism here man. Are you denying that the majority of Chinese goods are shit? The GTM doesn't cost anywhere near $100,000. I am sure you could take it up that much... but Not really man. Actually, when I get a stove i'm planning on spending about $30... I really don't care about warrantys... if something breaks, or doesn't work... oh well, it's not like everything you buy fails... DUMBASS! The GTM is a car that's built very well!
