@ultimatepowerpoint Dell isn't crap. It's rarely crap. If you buy the cheap grade shit you will have problems. Spend more and you'll get better quality. It's the same in every computer manufacturer.

Dell is crap. I'm not joking, my lill sis was almost burned a few hours ago, the Dell screen started smoking, and almost catched fire. I'm serious. And then they say Medion is overheated crap? Well, my 5 year old monitor still works, and Dell has overheated after just 2 years of use. Ok, Dell is good, they make good monitors, but a hell lot of models suck, like the one I got. It should easily work for about 8 years, and then it should be making trouble not after just 2 years of use O_O

even my LG L1952s shows same fukin flicker !! But particularly in grey areas !!! has anyone tried another screen in their computer ? or it is something wrong with our graphic card ?

LG L1753T have the screen flicker in DVI too , this is a problem with a lot of LG monitors, i hate it!

me too, it' s one day old now and the screen is flickering with blue color, my father and I found there's a problem with the cable linked from the screen to the computer but still not fixed...

yeah dude, should have listen to the warnings and never buy a Dell anything, but any way if you have warrenty still take it back for repairs or a replacement, but yeah you should have got the Apple or samsung 30" LCD
