That is a polecat coloured ferret. Polecats have black noses and are much larger than ferrets.

I Recently got a pet polecat and its brilliant, Reminds me a lot of the ferret my dad used to have. Its like a ninja when it bounces around the house. The only problem is ive also got a cocker spaniel which sees the Polecat as food so need to keep them seperated.
