yes, you need a graphics card

you can buy gta:sa v1.00 (used) on e-bay or gta:sa v2.00 (new) downgrading (seems to be illegal) it to v1.00 (I could explain this via pm)

system requirements:

*minimum: 1 ghz cpu, 256 mb of ram, graphics card with 64 mb ram and 3.6 of free space on the hard disk

*recommended: pentium 4 or amd athlon xp, 384 mb ram and 128 mb graphics card (nvidia is better than ati radeon on gaming), 4.7 gb on the hard disk
