i was born prematurely and suffered many problems and was in intesive care for a long time after birth, im now 17, i turned out pretty normal despite the different start of my life, whenever i get really depressed i just think that i could of died but life gave me another chance and i should keep trying.

I remember when this song first came out, I was stuck in a job that I hated and had to drive 1.5hrs to every day. This song was on the radio all the time, and for a long time, not knowing what it was about, I hated it as it reminded me of that time.
I only found out the lyrics and the meaning of the song maybe 6 mths ago, and since then I haven't stopped listening to it. It has taken on a whole new meaning for me, and reminds me of my fears when my son was born unwell, and how he came thru it
