@lameth281 they're not burning the book to make it illegal. they're burning the book as a sign of protest. gaddafi has made many books illegal in the early 70s, libyans are trying to go away from that

@ibnomar2005 Revenge has led the world in the current chaos that is because after each revenge is a renewed rancor and other future revenge, which does not leave us and our future generations, rather than pain, death and destruction. We should be more tolerant, more rational, if it is true that it (rationality) is what differentiates us from animals.

@lameth281 totally agree. this is not revenge, but an act of protest of a system of law that oppresses those who live under it. its similar to a bunch of jews burning hitler's mein kampf during world war 2

@lameth281 OR lynching them in the streets as the NTC CIA rebels did in Benghazi with black Libyans because they were black. The NTC is made up of al-Qaeda members who work hand in hand with the CIA and this is probably one of their demonstrations.

Strange how Libyans in Misrata, which we could just as well say are the rebels and the representative 10% of anti-Gaddafi folkare moving away from teh Green book while teh OCCUPY Wall Street movement matches its philosophy seeking a direct democracy and being against inequality and capitalism..

@ibnomar2005 I understand, but as a librarian, do not share the position to destroy a book, be it ideology, religion, thought or whatever, because this is censorship and do what they do or did so how can we consider ourselves better than them ? this is equal or worse, this is hidden behind only one purpose: revenge.
