  • Does the voltage come back up when the temperature falls slowly again?

  • @AmiManni No it does not. Voltage comes back only when water is absorbed in the salt.

  • Can you make a 12 volt array that shares the same heat source?

  • Hmm,

    I think you reactivated some residual water in the cell when you heated it,

    so the electrons could move better and voltage had built up...

    When this water was gone and boiled off, the voltage did fall again.

    So it is probably still a galvanic reaction.
