Yes, that was caused by monkeys who wouldn't stop having sex, and by monkeys I mean humans who didn't tell their sexual partners they carried the virus. Disgusting, and it also ran rampant through needles from drug use. There really wasn't a way to stop it in the 80s, and it wasn't under anyone's control. AIDS was primarily a behavioural disease in the 1980s. Spread mostly by homosexual intercourse and intravenous drug use. Ronald Reagan was not responsible for these things, most of America ignored it so don't just blame him.

There you go again, forgetting he ended the nuclear arms race with Soviet Russia, aided in the reunification of the two Germanies, resolved tensions and improved communications with Soviet Russia, pulled his country out of a two year recession given to him after the short-lived Carter era, improved defense and domestic security, signed the Economic Tax Recovery Act of '81, and the Tax Reform Act of 1986, reduced inflation immensely, promoted entrepeneurship, must I name others?
